"Operation Santa Paws"
The Humane Society of Richardson County has
started a new tradition, “Operation Santa Paws” .
A Christmas tree was set up at Veterinary
Supply Co. at 1915 Stone Street. It was decorated with cute ornaments featuring our adorable, adoptable
animals. For a donation (tax deductible) you could pick an ornament to put on your tree. Plus
have a warm fuzzy feeling in your heart for helping our homeless animals!

A Raffle!
This beautiful, strawberry themed quilt was raffled off
at Yesterday's Closet. Proceeds benefited the Humane Society of Richardson County Inc.
The winner was... Janice Carpenter of Falls City.

2008 Cobblestone Festival Photos
The Humane Society's float, "SS Humane Society Saves Lives"
was a colorful entry. The festival's theme this year was, "Under The Sea".
A few of the animals available for adoption went along for the ride.
